How we handle complaints
If you are unhappy with Birchgrove Finance or our services, please let us know by speaking with your Birchgrove representative, calling us on 1300 522 355, emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or writing to our Compliance Manager at 3 Parramatta Road, Five Dock NSW 2046. Birchgrove Finance will endeavour to deal with your complaint genuinely, fairly and consistently and where possible, we will try to resolve any concerns you raise immediately. However, sometimes we are unable to do this because there are complicated circumstances to investigate, which may include speaking to other parties. In these cases the process can take longer. We will let you know who is handling your dispute and how you can contact them.
If we can’t satisfy your concerns you can contact The Credit & Investments Ombudsman (CIO) previously known as Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL), a free and independent dispute resolution service.
